Pregnancy So Far...

Here are all the belly pics I have taken so far. I feel HUGE this time. :)

7 Weeks

11 Weeks

14 Weeks

18 Weeks

18 weeks, and I can't see my feet!

I've Been a Bad Blogger- Catching Up!

I'm going to go ahead and blame it on my pregnancy, I have been so exhausted. My last post was in November so I need to catch you up on a TON. Let's see we'll start with Avery's birthday party! We did a Winter ONE-derland theme and it was so much fun! We had such a great time celebrating with our closest friends and family. I want to say thanks again to everyone who came!

Next came Christmas! We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at my Dad's house and Christmas morning was just me, Billy, Avery and my mom. It was so much fun. We had planned on leaving for OKC Christmas afternoon but had to leave at night because of a huge snow storm that came in. So, we had a steak dinner and left around 9pm. We stayed overnight in Dallas and then made our way to OKC the following morning. It was a short trip but we had so much fun seeing Popsie, Aunt Shelly, Uncle Don and Natalie! Avery got to see real snow for the first time too, you can tell from the picture how much she hated it, lol.

We had a pretty uneventful New Year's. I was so tired I didn't even make it until midnight!

On February 3 we found out that Avery is going to have a LITTLE BROTHER!!! We are so thrilled and feel very blessed to have one of each. He kicks and moves all the time, and I just can't wait to meet him. We are working on names. I will announce them once we have settled on something!

I think that's about it for now! I promise to try and keep up better with this. :)

She's been good all year, Santa!

Avery went to see Santa the other day. As you can tell by the pictures, our little reindeer was a little scared!

Avery's First Thanksgiving!

We had a great day with family yesterday. Lots of good food and laughter!

Helping Mimi cook!

Showing off her Thanksgiving bib!

Eating some wonderful food!

Daddy helping.

You know it's good when it gets all over her face!

All done! :)

11 Months!

Wow, I'm really late on this! Sorry! Here is her 11 month picture.

I am still in shock that we are about to have a toddler! This year has flown by. Her newest tricks:
-Waving hi and bye
-Pulling up on everything and cruising, she'll be walking soon!
-She knows where her foot and nose is
-Understands lots of words we say to her
-She is a dancing queen!

10 Months Old!

Our tiny dancer is 10 months old! She is growing so fast and has such a big personality. Some new things she does:

-Crawls really fast all over the place
-Makes monster noises and blows raspberries back at us
-Pulls herself to standing!
-Waves hi and bye (when she feels like it, lol!)

She will be walking before we know it! I am looking forward to upcoming months. Avery is going to have her first Halloween and Thanksgiving! Her birthday and Christmas will follow that! What a busy and fun time.

Funniest video ever!

Avery was in her walker eating puffs when Billy looked over and noticed she was falling asleep! He quickly started recording her and caught the hilariousness on film. She gets all excited at the end because I walked in the room. I love her so much!

Gently, Avery, Gently!

Avery loves the kitties; kitty was even one of her first words! Here she is trying to pet Robbie gently, poor cat. LOL

Raspberries!

She has been blowing raspberries for awhile now. Recently, she started doing them back if you blew them at her first. It's hilarious!

Dancing Queen!

Avery loves to dance! She dances whenever she hears music, and sometimes to nothing at all. It's so cute!

Crawling!!

9 Months Old!

Yesterday Avery turned 9 months old!! She is officially crawling now, and can also pull herself up into a standing position. Pretty soon, she will be walking! She is learning so many things, so fast, it's truly amazing. I am starting to plan her birthday party because in 3 short months she will be 1!

R.I.P Nana

My 93 year old Grandmother passed away yesterday, really early in the morning. She was 93 and leaves behind 6 children, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild (Avery). She will be greatly missed! I am sad that Avery won't get to know her, but how many people have met their great-grandparents? Not many.

8 Months Old!!

Averyana turned 8 months old yesterday. Wow, in only 4 short months Billy and I will have a 1 year old. So hard to believe! She is teething again, so we are thinking she will get her top teeth any day now. She currently has her two bottom teeth. Some new things she does:

-Waves and says Hi
-Scoots to us (she will be crawling any day now!)
-Says Mama and Dada and Hi, and knows their meaning
-Says "Gigee" to the cats and dogs (she is trying to say Kitty, but she calls dogs that too)
-Figures out how to play with toys (she bangs her drum etc.)
-Pulls herself up

One thing that has really been upsetting is she hasn't been sleeping as well as she used to. She gets up earlier and earlier and goes to bed later and later. For example, she didn't go to sleep until 10pm last night and woke up at 5am. It's really tough getting her to nap too. I am hoping it's because she is teething and I will one day get my good sleeper back!

She is such a smart little girl, and we are enjoying her so much. I feel truly blessed that she will call me Mom.
